We specialize in low, medium and high barrier capacity laminates, produced in the non-solvent technology, widely applied as upper films for packing machines

The laminates are supplied according to our customers’ needs – with or without roto/flexo print, in the following configurations:

FILMS

PA based films

Barrier OML (PA/PE/PE) and UML (PA/HV/PA/PE/PE) films

OML and UML films have a perfect nine-layer structure with separated polyamide layers and multilayer polyethylene. They are commonly used wherever packaging strength, resistance to damage and extended shelf life of a product is of importance. Apart from remarkable parameters of molding (UML lower films) they are distinguished by high transparency and very strong welds, closing a package.

High Barrier OX (PA/EVOH/PA/PE/PE) and UX (PA/EVOH/PA/PE/PE) films

OML and UML films have a perfect nine-layer structure with separated polyamide layers and multilayer polyethylene. They are commonly used wherever packaging strength, resistance to damage and extended shelf life of a product is of importance. Apart from remarkable parameters of molding (UML lower films) they are distinguished by high transparency and very strong welds, closing a package.

These films have a perfect multilayer structure presenting the state of the art level. Due to that, apart from remarkable parameters of molding they are distinguished by high transparency, great strength and weld-ability. They perfectly meet the highest requirements referring flexible films for vacuum and inert gas packaging on all packaging machines.

Bags from barrier and high barrier (PET/PE) film:

  • PET / PE (thickness 54μ, 64μ, 74μ);
  • PETmet / PE (thickness 56μ, 66μ, 76μ) – metallised polyester;
  • PET PVDC / PE (thickness 56μ, 66μ, 76μ) – PVDC coated polyester.

Base materials:

  • Three layer two axis orientation polyester;
  • Three layer colored and not colored polyethylene with welding layer.

  • thickness: 70μ, 80μ, 100μ, 120μ, 160μ;
  • five layer polyamide (PA) and polyethylene structure;
